We regret to record the demise of Mr. Leoni Dominique, who died at Dominique's 
Landing, in the first ward of this parish, on the 17th inst. He had been in 
poor health for several years, but it was only within a short time that his 
disease assumed a dangerous form, refusing to yield to the medical skill of 
his brother, Dr. Jno. Dominique, assisted by other practicioners. Deceased was 
buried in the Catholic cemetery at this place, on Thursday, and was followed 
to the tomb by a numerous concourse of friends and relatives.
