(Donaldsonville, La.) 1871 - current, February 14, 1920, Image 3 Death of Odressie Dugas. - Odressie Dugas, for many years a resident of this parish, died in New Orleans last Tuesday at 3:50 o'clock [in black out] aged 71 years. The remains were brought to Donaldsonville and the funeral was held [ink smudge] the arrival of the Texas and [ink smudge] train Wednesday forenoon, services at the Catholic church and interment in the Catholic cemetery [ink smudge] was largely attended by sorrow relatives and friends. Deceased was a carpenter by occupation and resided in Port Barrow until about five years ago when he removed to New Orleans. He is survived by three sons, namely: Charles, Clifford and Claiborne, and one daughter, Mrs. Walter Generes of New Orleans. The Chief condoles with them in their great loss.
