Death of Mrs. George J. Fangay. - Mrs. George J. Fangay, sister of Mrs. Samuel 
J. Rodriguez, formerly of this parish but now employed as bookkeeper by Polmer 
Bros., at Schreiver, La., died at her home in Lafayette, Wednesday of last 
week. Besides her husband she is survived by her mother, Mrs. A. J. Bacon of 
New Orleans, and several brothers and sisters. Deceased was endowed with a 
sweet disposition and winning ways which endeared her to her many friends and 
acquaintances by whom her demise is very much regretted.
