FARRELL - In Donaldsonville, La., on Monday evening, November 7, 1881 at 1 
o'clock, MICHAEL FARRELL,  native of Miltown, county Galway, Ireland, aged 
24 years.

Mr. Farrell was a first cousin of our neighbor, Mr. Patrick Reddington, and 
died at the residence of the latter, where he received during his last 
illness the most assiduous care from Mr. and Mrs. Reddington and their 
friends, as well as the best of medical attention. He was a young man of 
good disposition and his death was a cause of keen sorrow to his relatives 
and friends. He was buried on the 8th inst., in the Catholic cemetery.
