Death of Mack Gomez. - Mack Gomez, husband of Elaine Martinez, a native of 
Donaldsonville, but for the past twelve years a resident of Harvey, La., died at 
the latter place last Tuesday at 7 o'clock a. m., at the age of 68 years. The 
remains were brought to Donaldsonville Wednesday and the funeral took place upon 
the arrival of the 2:20 p. m. Texas and Pacific train. Services were held at the 
Catholic church and interment made in the Catholic cemetery.
