Death of Felix Amant Gaudin. - Felix Amant Gaudin, a native of Ascension 
parish and a life-long resident of Crevasse settlement, died at 1:50 o'clock 
p.m. Sunday, aged 41 years. The funeral took place at 11 o'clock Monday 
forenoon, with services and interment in the Donaldsonville Catholic church 
and cemetery. Mr Gaudin was a progressive and prosperous farmer, and was 
esteemed as one of the leading citizens of the neighborhood in which he lived. 
The Chief tenders sincerest sympathy to the bereaved family.
