Rev. Father Harnais, pastor of St. John's Catholic church at Plaquemine, died 
Wednesday at the age of 68. His funeral will take place today and will be 
attended by eminent prelates from all over the state. Father Harnais had been 
in charge of St. John's church for twenty-seven years and was greatly beloved 
by the people of Plaquemine.
