Died. - LEROY - At her residence in the parish of Ascension, Friday, July 13, 
1883, at 10:15 P.M., Virginie Braud, widow Ernest Leroy, aged 48 years, 1 month 
and 6 days.

The funeral will take place at the Catholic cemetery at 6 o'clock this evening. 
Friends and acquaintances are invited to attend.

Deceased was a native of this parish and a sister of our estimable friend, Mr. 
Felix Braud. She passed peacefully away after a long and painful illness and has 
gone to the reward which is waiting beyond the tomb for those who have led lives 
of justice and purity on earth. Let her sorrowing relatives consider that death 
was to her a blessed relief from suffering and that "their loss is her eternal 
gain."
