(Donaldsonville, La.) 1871-current, October 04, 1913, page 2 Death of Joseph Leumas. - Joseph Leumas died at the residence of his brother, Jules Leumas, at 8 o'clock Wednesday evening, aged fifty-two years and ten months. He was a native of Lafayette, and had resided in this city for many years. The funeral took place from the Leumas home in Railroad avenue at 4 o'clock Thursday afternoon, interment being made in the local Jewish cemetery. The services were conducted by Raphael Singer, and the pall-bearers were Walter Lemann, Jacob Blum, F.B. Lemann, Henry Netter, Marx Bloch and Dr. Clarence Goette.
