(Donaldsonville, La.) 1871 - current, October 26, 1918, Image 5 NECROLOGICAL. - Henry Landry. - The Chief regrets to chronicle the death of Henry Landry, a worthy young citizen of this city, who passed away at his home in Lafourche street at 8:45 o'clock last Tuesday night. Deceased was formerly engaged in the dray business in this city up to about two years ago; but at the time of his death and for several months prior thereto was employed at the copper and sheet-iron works of Wm. A. Dill. He was 31 years of age, steady, reliable and trustworthy and enjoyed the confidence and esteem of all those who knew him. Besides his father, Thos. Landry, of Baton Rouge, he leaves his wife; two young sons, Henry George and Curtis Leslie Landry, and two sisters to mourn his loss. The funeral took place Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with services and interment at the Catholic church and cemetery.
