(Donaldsonville, La.) 1871-current, March 09, 1912, page 4 Death of Widow Sosthene Mollere. - After an illness of several months, Widow Sosthene Mollere, nee Eleonise Bianchy, died at 5:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the residence of her gaughter, Mrs. Ambroise Folse, on Acadia plantation, St. James parish, aged seventy-two years, five months and eighteen days. Mrs. Mollere was a native of Assumption parish, but had resided in Ascension for upwards of sixty-five years. For the past six or seven months she had been making her home with Mr. and Mrs. Folse. Her remains were laid to rest this afternoon in the Donaldsonville Catholic cemetery, the funeral cortege having left the Folse home at 2 o'clock and arrived here at 4:30 o'clock. Impressive services were held at the local Catholic church. Mrs. Mollere is survived by three sons and three daughters, namely: Messrs. Alcee, Louis and Sosthene Mollere, Mrs. Prosper Rodriguez, Sr., Mrs. Alexandre Vegas, Jr., of St. James, and Mrs. Folse. The Chief, in common with a wide circle of friends and acquaintances, tenders sincere sympathy to the bereaved family.
