Death of Miss Lucy Ourso. - Miss Lucy Ourso, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank 
Ourso, Jr., of McCall, died at the home of her parents after an illness of about 
one month, last Saturday afternoon at 4 o'clock, aged 16 years, 8 months and 22 
days. Funeral services were held at the Smoke Bend Catholic church Sunday 
afternoon, after which the remains were brought to Donaldsonville and laid to 
rest in the Catholic cemetery. She was possessed of a sweet and amiable 
disposition which greatly endeared her to all who knew her and her untimely 
demise has cast a deep gloom over her large circle of relatives and friends. 
Besides her parents, she leaves to mourn her loss six brothers and one sister. 
The Chief condoles with them in their hour of sorrow.
