Hon. Andrew Price, formerly a well-known citizen of Louisiana and a 
representative in congress from the third district of this state, but for some 
years past a resident of Kentucky, died yesterday forenoon at the home of his 
brother, Hon. Will H. Price, on the Acadia plantation near Thibodaux. The 
deceased had numerous friends among the older citizens of Ascension and 
adjacent parishes who will learn of his passing away with sincere regret.
