Venerable Resident Passes Away.

Widow Ferdinand Rodeillat, nee Adella Gregoire, died at her home in Houmas 
street at 2 p. m. Wednesday, after an illness of three months' duration, aged 
73 years, 5 months and 13 days. She was a native of Grand Point, Livingston 
parish, but had resided in Donaldsonville for many years. A large number of 
friends held her in high esteem and are deeply grieved over her demise. The 
funeral took place at 4 o'clock Thursday afternoon, with services and interment 
in the Catholic church and cemetery, Rev. C. M. Chambon officiating. Deceased 
is survived by five sons and one daughter, namely: Lazard, Ernest, Noah and 
Cyril Rodeillat and Mrs. C. Wintter, of Donaldsonville, and Laurent Rodeillat, 
of New Orleans. Sincere condolences are extended the bereaved family.
