Amedee Ramirez, aged 24 years, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Ramirez of this 
city, died at 4 a. m. Wednesday at Jackson, La, and his remains were brought 
to Donaldsonville the following morning and conveyed to the residence of his 
parents in Houmas street, from whence the funeral took place at 4 o'clock in 
the afternoon, interment being made in the Catholic cemetery. To the bereaved 
family the Chief proffers sincere sympathy.
