Mr. Herrmann Schillinger of the Yale plantation publishes in another column a card 
of thanks to Rev. Robert S. Stuart and other friends for kindnesses shown during 
the illness of Mr. Schillinger's daughter Katie, and after her death and burial. 
Mr. Schillinger has the sympathy of all who know him in the affliction which has 
befallen him, and it is not difficult to appreciate how grateful he must feel to 
the friends who rendered him assistance in his hour of need and distress.
