NECROLOGICAL. - James Sanchez. - James Sanchez, a well-known and highly 
esteemed young citizen of this city, died at his home in Houmas street last 
Monday afternoon at 5 o'clock of pneumonia, following an attack of 
influenza. Deceased was 24 years of age at the time of his demise and 
besides his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Sanchez, he is survived by 
his wife, formerly Miss Alzada Selze; a young daughter, Dorothy; five 
brothers and one sister. The funeral took place Tuesday forenoon at 11 
o'clock, and after services had been held at the Catholic church the remains 
were laid to rest in the Catholic cemetery.
