MRS. ARTHUR SOIGNET. - Mrs. Arthur Soignet, born Miss Amanda Hebert, a 
daughter of the late Aubert Hebert died at her home in Donaldsonville, on 
yesterday. The death was a shock to the relatives and friends here. Her 
husband is very ill and was expected to die, but the suddenness of her 
death, which was without warning was a distinct shock. Deceased lived in 
this parish most of her life, and only moved to Donaldsonville within the 
past five years. She is survived by her husband, and eight children, six 
sons and two daughters, besides three sisters and two brothers, Mr. Joseph 
Hebert of this town being a brother. The funeral will be held at St. Joseph 
Catholic Church to day at two o'clock, with burial in the cemetery 
adjoining.
