(Donaldsonville, La.) 1871-current, September 29, 1906, Image 5 Antoine Usey, a deck-hand on the steamer Ada B., which plys between Donaldsonville and the mouth of Bayou Lafourche in the fish, oyster, game and country produce trade, fell overboard from that vessel last Wednesday at a point near Lockport and was drowned before assistance could reach him. Young Usey was a son of Adam Usey, a well-known citizen of Klotzville, and his tragic death is deeply deplored by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
