[volume] (Donaldsonville, La.) 1871-current, February 07, 1885, Image 3 A telephonic message received here today announces the death of Mrs. Henriette Weinschenck, widow of the late Solomon Weinschenck, formerly one of the oldest and most successful citizens and merchants of Donaldsonville. Mrs. Weinschenck died of dropsy, we learn, at the residence of her brother, Mr. Jacob Blum of New Orleans. Her body will be brought here to-morrow for interment in the Jewish cemetery along side that of her husband. The deceased lady was the Honorary President of the Ladies' Hebrew Benevolent Society of Donaldsonville and has a large circle of friends here who will sincerely lament her demise.
