Vincent Brignac was the son of Olivier Brignac and Alexandrine Rome. 
Mary Courtney was the daughter Martin Van Buren Courtney and Marie Victoria 
Millet.

*note* This was found in the trunk belonging to Mary Brignac nee Courtney. 
She was a midwife. I was given her trunk with all its contents by her 
granddaughter Nov. 2016*
