(Donaldsonville, La.) 1871-current, April 22, 1911, page 4 ESNEAULT -- BABIN Ulysses Esneault, a well-known young business man of this community, and Miss Mary Babin, the accomplished daughter of John Babin, also of this city, were quietly married at the Catholic church at 7 o'clock Tuesday morning in the presence of a small assemblage of immediate relatives, Rev. J. B. Delepine officiating. The wedding of these popular young people had been announced to take place Thursday, April 20, but the happy pair decided to steal a march on their friends by quietly plighting their troth in advance of the date set for the event. Mr. Esneault is connected with the firm of Esneault & Boston, owners of the Picayune sawmill in Faubourg la Pipe, and he and his fair young bride have taken up their residence in Mrs. Cora Barton's cozy cottage in that neighborhood. The Chief joins in the felicitations and good wishes which are being showered upon them by their host of friends, and hopes that the blessings of happiness and contentment will be theirs throughout their married life.
