(Donaldsonville, La.) 1871-current, July 31, 1920, page 5 COUTY -- BRASSE A pretty marriage ceremony was performed in the large room of the clerk's office in the courthouse last Monday morning at 10 o'clock, when Joseph Couty and Miss Thelma Brasse of New Orleans were united in the bonds of matrimony. Judge Edmund Maurin officiated in the presence of Eddie Arceneaux and Miss Regina Gautreau of Gonzales, and J. S. Barman of this city, who signed the proces (sic) verbal of the ceremony as witnesses. The groom is a carpenter by occupation. The young couple will make their home at 5008 Dauphine street, New Orleans.
