Father Von Eych officiating. The bridal party entered the drawing room to the strains of Mendelssohn's wedding march, beautifully rendered by Mrs. H.P. Dowling. The bride looked radiant in an exquisite robe of white silk mull over white silk. After the ceremony the bridal party and guests repaired to the dining-room, where a delicious supper was served. The decorations, in keeping with the holiday season, were tastefully done in holly season, were tastefully done in holly, palms, ferns and cut flowers. The happy couple were the recipients of many handsome gifts in cut-glass, china and silverware. After a brief stay in Shreveport Mr. and Mrs. Dubois proceeded to Hope Villa, their future home, where they were entertained for a few days by Dr. and Mrs. J.L. Vialet. Among those present at the nuptials were Donald Mackay of Hope Villa and Mr. and Mrs. Louis U. Babin and their little son, Winbourne, of Baton Rouge.
