MOYSE -- JOSEPH

Married, At the Jewish Synagogue, in the town of Donaldsonville, on Tuesday 
evening, Jan. 20, 1880, by the Rev. G. Levy, Mr. Simon Moyse to Miss Flora 
Joseph.

The affair was a brilliant and interesting one, as a large number of the friends 
of the happy pair visited the synagogue to witness the ceremony, and at night 
there was a social gathering at the residence of Mr. G. Feitel, where delicious 
music flowed in measured strains, and light feet kept time with its symphony.

We know that Mr. Moyse is proud and happy, and that the fair bride is joyous and 
light-hearted; they are well mated, and one may well be proud of the other. The 
sun of hope and promise shines brilliantly on their pathway, and we confidingly 
hope that they may glide adown its winding course without the halo and 
brilliance ever being, in the slightest manner, overshadowed or obscured.
