(Donaldsonville, La.) 1871-current, February 14, 1920, page 3 MARCOUR -- LeBLANC A very pretty wedding took place last month, when Oscar Narcour [sic] and Miss Vilda LeBlanc, both of Algiers, were united in the holy bonds of matrimony. The ceremony took place at the Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, Rev. T.J. Peteet officiating. The groom was attended by his brother, Harold Marcour, as best man and Miss Vivian LeBlanc sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Following the nuptals a reception was held at the Grunewald Hotel, after which the bridal party repaired to the residence of the bride's father where refreshments were served and many toasts offered to the future happiness of the young couple. The bride is a daughter of Albert LeBlanc formerly of Donaldsonville but for a number of years a resident of Algiers, where he hold a good position in the employ of the Southern Pacific Company. The groom is a very popular young man of that city, and was recently discharged from the U.S. Air training school at New York, after being in the service for a period of nine months. The Chief tenders hearty congratulations to the young couple anent the happy event.
