(Donaldsonville, La.) 1871-current, January 08, 1921, page 3 ROBERT -- OURSO Libby Robert of Peytavin plantation and Miss Stella Ourso of Port Barrow, were married at the Catholic church here this morning at 5 o'clock, Rev. C.M. Chambon performed the beautiful ceremony which made them husband and wife. The young couple left immediately on a honeymoon trip to New Orleans and upon their return will take up their residence on Peytavin plantation. The groom is the son of Omer Robert, senior member of the firm of Omer Robert & Brothers, owners of Peytavin plantation. He is a hard-working, industrious and successful young planter. He saw active service with the American army in Europe during the world war, and several times last season pitched splendid ball for the Donaldsonville baseball club. The bride is the daughter of C.A. Ourso, well-known traveling salesman. She is popular, amiable and pleasing and numbers her friends by the score. the Chief felicitates the young couple and wishes them a long and happy wedded life.
