W. Stephenson, of Burnside, will learn with pleasurable interest of her marriage to Fred. J. Fahs, which took place at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in St. Charles avenue, New Orleans, Tuesday, July 30, at nine-thirty in the morning. The bride had as her maid of honor and sole attendant Miss Ethel Putnam of New Orleans, while the groom's best man was Roy Bartlett, of the same city. Mr. Stephenson gave his daughter in marriage. After the ceremony the happy pair left for a honeymoon trip and on their return will reside in the Crescent City, where the groom holds the responsible position of manager of the Jacobs Candy Company. The Chief tenders congratulations galore to the newly-wedded couple and wishes them many years of marital happiness.
