Clairville Savoy, Severin Blanchard, Coolfield Trahon, Orizie Robichaux, Frank Idalgo, Superville Landry, Felix Dugas, Claiborne Dugas and Jules Blanchard were arrested by Deputy Marshal Stockton in the parish of Assumption, by virtue of a warrant directed to him by Commissioner Weller, on the complaint of one Solomon Klotz. The charge was that they did unlawfully conspire and bind together on or about the 3d day of May, in the parish of Assumption, to deprive Klotz of his constitutional right to reside there. At 12 M. to-day the prisoners were brought before the Commissioner for examination, and a conversation between them and the prosecuting witness resulted in an adjustment. It appears the whole thing grew out of a misunderstanding and the prisoners were discharged.
