The Belle Alliance plantation has been seized by the sheriff of Assumption parish 
under executory process issued in the suit of Hibernia Bank and Trust Company of 
New Orleans versus Belle Alliance Planting Company, and will be sold at public 
auction to satisfy a claim held by the foreclosing creditor.
