LANGSTON

Mae Mary Dugas Langston at her residence, Slidell, LA on Friday,
February 12, 1999. Age 90 years. A native of Paincourtville, LA and a
resident of Slidell, LA for the past 19 years. She was a
homemaker. Wife of the late James Samuel Langston, Sr. Mother of 3
sons: James Samuel Langston, Jr., John Edward Langston and the late
Robert Bruce 'Cuz' Langston; 4 daughters: Lydia Mary Kendall, Lorraine
Lucy Miller, Linda Ann Freeman and Susan Ray Aucoin; 28 grandchildren,
38 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren; 3 brothers: the
late Joe, Ulyses and Jules Dugas; 6 sisters: Blanche Pilliteri,
Lucille Mullet, Anna Dugas, Genny Dardar, Louise Dugas and Maude
Prestenbach.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral
Service at Schoen Funeral Home of Slidell, 3808 Pontchartrain Dr.,
Slidell, LA on Monday, February 15, 1999 at 1:30 p.m.  Visitation will
be held also on Monday, February 15, 1999 from 9:00 a.m. until service
time.

Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery, Slidell, LA.  Arrangements by SCHOEN
FUNERAL HOME OF SLIDELL.

MAE MARY DUGAS LANGSTON

Mae Mary Dugas Langston, a homemaker, died Friday at her home. She was
90. Mrs. Langston was born in Paincourtville and lived in Slidell for
the past 19 years. Survivors include two sons, John Edward and James
Samuel Langston Jr.; four daughters, Lydia Mary Kendall, Lorraine Lucy
Miller, Linda Ann Freeman and Susan Ray Aucoin; two sisters, Blanche
Pilliteri and Lucille Mullet, both of New Orleans; 28 grandchildren,
38 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. A funeral
will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at Schoen Funeral Home of Slidell,
3808 Pontchartrain Drive, Slidell. Visitation will begin at 9
a.m. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
