Obituary - Extracted from Alexandria Daily Town Talk, Saturday, 
July 17, 1993, P. D-3, Column 1.

Wade Bordelon Sr., age 81, died at 11:28 a.m. Thursday, 
15 Jul 1993 in Rapides General Hospital, Alexandria.  He 
was a native of Marksville (La.), a member of Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church, Pineville (La.) and a member of the Plumbers 
and Steamfitters Local No. 247, Alexandria.  Survivors:  
2 Sons, Wade Bordelon Jr. and Leonard Bordelon, both of 
Pineville.  Daughter, Montez Sohoski (sic) of Orange, 
Texas.  Sister, Lessie Crooks of Pineville.  10 grandchildren 
and 14 great-grandchildren.  Services:  Will be at 2 p.m. 
today in the chapel of Hixson Bros. (Funeral Home), Pineville 
with the Rev. Matt Woolett officiating.  Burial:  In Forest 
Lawn Memorial Park, Pineville, under direction of Hixson's.
