Obituary - Extracted from Alexandria Daily Town Talk, Wednesday, 
June 30, 1993, P. D-3, Column 2

Albertine Lacombe, age 91 of Fifth Ward (La.), died at 5 a.m. Tuesday, 
29 Jun 1993 in Avoyelles Hospital Hospital, Marksville (La.).  Survivors:  
Son, Ellis Lacombe of Hessmer.  Daughter, Irma Roy of Marksville.  
3 Sisters: Florence Jeansonne of Moreauville (La.); Susie Piazza of 
Marksville; and Ellen Courtney of Muskogee, Okla.  5 grandchildren, 
12 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren. Services: to be 
held at 10 a.m. today in the chapel of Hixson Bros., Marksville with the 
Rev. Joe Wilmoth officiating.  Burial:  In Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery 
No. 2, Fifth Ward.
