Clinton Lavalais, age 66 of Marksville (La.) died 20 July 1996 in 
Avoyelles Hospital. He was a construction worker and a member of 
Starlight Baptist Church. Survivors:  Wife, Florida W. Lavalais of 
Marksville.  4 sons: John Nathan Lavalais and Carl Anthony Lavalais, 
both of Houston, Texas.Clifford Lavalais and Freddie Ray Lavalais, 
both of Memphis, Tennessee  2 daughters: Carol Caillo of Natchitoches 
(La.) Paula Dennise Jenkins of Marksville.  2 brothers: Leroy Lavalais 
of Mansura (La.) Linton Lavalais of Baton Rouge (La.)  1 sister, Marion 
Barker of Baton Rouge (La.) Services: Held at 11 am. Saturday at 
Starlight Baptist Church with Burial: Under the direction of Hixson
