20 August 1851 - Meeting held on behalf of the minor heirs of Jacob G. and 
Martha C. Hargrove Keller, both deceased, viz:  
Amelia, Eliza, Susan, Catherine & George Keller
for the purpose of determining the terms of the Sale of the property, 
moveable and immoveable, belonging to the Estate of Prudence Keller, 
deceased, the said minor's grandmother. Meeting attendees:  Matthew Vernon, 
tutor; William N. Keller; William H. Keller; M.L.M. Gibson; James Burns
Relations and Friends of said minors, all residents of Avoyelles Parish.

James M. O'Neal, undertutor to the said minors, agrees to the terms of the 
sale as determined at the said meeting.
