Hoy (sic) Fay Stephens died 2 Feb 1996 at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital at the age of 65 years. 
He was an employee of the City of DeRidder in the water department. Survivors: Wife, Hazel Lucille
Stephens; Sons: Randy Lee Sr., John Glen and Thomas Hoy Stephens, all of DeRidder, La.  Sister: 
Oneida Franklin; Brothers: Troy, Bruce, Tommy Joe and Otis Gene Stephens, all of Rosepine, La. 
Also: 12 Grandchildren. Services: Will be at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home in DeRidder,
La. with Rev. W.T. Shelton officiating. Burial: Will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, under direction of 
Hixson Brothers.
