Starks - 
Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Johnson, 89, were to be at 2 p.m. today
in the Hixson Funeral Home chapel in DeRidder with the Revs. A.L. O'Brien
and William H. Owens officiating. 

Burial was to be in Holton Cemetery at Walnut Hill.

Mrs. Johnson died at 1:10 a.m. Tuesday in a Lake Charles nursing home.

Survivors are four sons, Jimmy Johnson of Nederland, Tex.; John W. 
Johnson Jr. of Bridge City, Tex., Holton C. Johnson of Port Neches, Tex.,
and Joseph R. Johnson of Starks; one daughter, Mrs. Ida Aiken of DeRidder;
21 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; 
and one brother, Johnny Holton of Liberty, Tex.
