Mrs. Corbett had lived for several years with her granddaughter Mrs. Bernice Brooks, because of ill health. Funeral services were held at Hebron Baptist Church Monday, Nov. 24 at 10 A.M. by the Rev. Briager of Sulpher. Survivors are one son, Chesson Corbett, Merryville; two daughters, Mrs. Bessie Faye Bryant, Pineville; Mrs. Edith Bell of Big Sandy, Texas; ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, four brothers, C.S. Torry and .B. Torry of Dry Prong, T. T. Torry, Odessa, Tex., and H.B. Torry, Phoenix, Ariz., two sisters, Mary Pollard, Georgetown and Fanny Schiefetbine of Hemet, Calif. Pallbearers were Junior and Jimmy Hicks, Grant Torry, R.C. Sharbono, Jimmy Petrus and Owen Richards.
