SYBLE COLE of Sailes. REV. HARLAN SMITH will officiate. Burial will be in the Williamson Cemetery. MRS. COLE died Friday at the Arcadia Baptist Retirement Center. SYBLE PAYNE COLE, born Oct. 9, 1904 in Sunflower, Miss., was raised in Pickles Gap, Ark. and as a teen moved to Hilly, where she met and married WILLIS PAXTON COLE, who was a young bookkeeper at the time. They made their home in Sailes and raised their family. She was preceded in death by her husband, WILLIS P. COLE and son, JOSEPH A. COLE. She is survived by her daughter, BETTY RUTH COLE SMITH and husband, ALBERT SIDNEY SMITH of Bossier City; daughter-in-law, FAYE COLE, widow of JOSEPH COLE of Sailes; four grandchildren: GAIL KENNEDY and husband, TOM, of Sailes, GREG SMITH and wife, MONETTE, of Bossier City and SUSAN ALBRIGHT and husband, JESS of Minden; numerous great grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren. Pallbearers were: SCOTT SMITH, GEORGE McCONATHY, BILLY GENE GUICE, JESS ALBRIGHT, BRIAN MULLENS, THOMAS KENNEDY, JR.
