He was laid to rest in the [Providence] Cemetery with Masons conducting the funeral. He leaves a wife and four children, Clyde Graves, Mrs. Maggie Jones of Ringgold, Dr. Dugan Graves and Charley Graves of Texas, and three grandchildren, Mattie, Robert and Percy Jones; two sisters, Mrs. Bob Took and Mrs. Lizzie McCoy of Dubberly; two brothers Ed. and Lawson Graves and many other relatives besides a host of friends who will mourn his death. Additional Comments: Dr. Thomas P. Graves and his wife, Martha E. Graves [1848-1931] are buried at Providence Cemetery in Ringgold, Louisiana.
