Castor, LA - Services for Vashti W. Jinks, 82, will be held at 3 p.m., Monday, 
December 4, 2000, at Rockett Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. 
Jeffery Jinks. Interment will be at Ebenezer Cemetery. Mrs. Jinks died on 
December 2, 2000. Mrs. Jinks was born in Bienville Parish, LA on March 12, 
1918. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Jinks and one son, Bo 
Jinks. Mrs. Jinks is survived by one son, Larry Jinks and his wife, Helen of 
Castor, LA one daughter-in-law, Carol Jinks of Castor, LA, three 
grandchildren, Michelle Reynolds and husband, Mike of Castor, LA, Karen 
Thrower and husband, Allen of Castor, LA, Bo Jinks and wife, Carla of Castor, 
LA, six great-grandchildren, Valorie Reynolds, Vance Reynolds, Adam Thrower, 
Morgan Thrower, Taylor Jinks and Luke Jinks and a number of relatives and 
friends. Pallbearers are Bo Jinks, Allen Thrower, Don Sullivan, Mike Reynolds, 
Vance Reynolds and Ernie Reynolds. Honorary pallbearers are Adam Thrower and 
Luke Jinks.
