   ASHLAND, LA. -- Services for MRS. EASCIE IRENE KNOTTS, 86, will be held at 
10 a.m.  Friday, May 10, 1996, at New Ebenezer Baptist Church. Officiating 
will be BRO. CALVIN HUBBARD, BRO. CEDRICK HEDRICK and BRO. JERRY MARTIN. 
Burial will be in Page Cemetery, Castor.
   MRS. KNOTTS was born Dec. 8, 1909 in Bienvile Parish and died May 8, 1996. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, WELBORN CLIFTON KNOTTS; one 
daughter, JANET AZELLE KNOTTS; two grandchildren, KERRI ANN LOVELL and KIRSTEN 
LYNN KNOTTS.
   She is survived by one son, KENNETH LARRY KNOTTS, SR., of Salie; four 
daughters, FLORA ONETHA WOODDARD of Channelview, Tx.; MARY OLETA BROWN of 
Ashland, IVA IRENE JARRIETT of Ashland, ILA ILENE LOVELL of Hamshire, Tx.; one 
sister, OCIE McLAUGHLIN of Oil City; 18 grandchildren and 21 great-
grandchildren.
