He was born Jan. 4, 1902, at Coushatta. He was employed by the Louisiana Department of Highways for many years until he reitred severals years ago because of ill health. He was a member of the Bienville Baptist Church. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Bienville Baptist Church and were conducted by the Rev. Charles Middleton, the Rev. Curtis Jones and Dr. A. S. Newman. Burial was in the Camp Ground Cemetery. Conger's Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were Roger Culbertson, Wade Murphy, Grady Williams, Doswell Jones, Joe Williams and Homer Chandler. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Annie Lou Hennigan Mosley, four sons, a daughters, a brother, three sisters, and eight grandchildren. The sons and daughter are Hagin O. Mosley of Jonesboro; Sidney L. Mosley of New Orleans, Mrs. Ruby Edith Keener of Bossier City; Max F. Mosley of Tucson, Ariz., and Larry D. Mosley of Gulfport, Miss.
