Funeral services for Lavora Ann Rowell, 15, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Huey 
Rowell of Goldonna, were held May 1 in the Goldonna Baptist Church, with the 
pastor, Rev. Guy Murphy, officiating. She died Wednesday in a Shreveport 
hospital after several weeks illness.  The Rowells were former residents of 
Bienville and have many friends in both communities. Surviving are her 
parents, four sisters and three brothers. Her paternal grandparents are Mr. 
and Mrs. W.J. Rowell, of Fryeburg, and her maternal grandmother is Mrs. Norman 
of Goldonna. Pallbearers were Nick Poland, Bienville, Edward Wilson of Minden, 
and four members of the Goldonna high school.


Additional Comments:
Her name is spelled "Levora" on her tombstone.
