J. Rowell RINGGOLD, Apr 7 (Special) - Mrs. W. J. Rowell, 82, died today in a Hodge clinic after a lengthy illness. She was a resident of Jamestown. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Castor Baptist Church with the Rev. Lamar Duncan officiating. Burial will be in Old Castor Cemetery under the direction of Rockett Funeral Home of Ringgold. Survivors are two sons, Huey D. Rowell of Goldonna, and Cecil B. Rowell of Shreveport; three daughters, Mrs. John L. Hay of Jamestown, Mrs. Paul Brunson of Heflin, and Mrs. Tommy Plunkett of Bienville; three brothers, John Bullock of Silver Creek, Miss., Charles M. Bullock of Mississippi, and Henry Bullock of Minden; two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Burson of Smackover, Ark., and Mrs. Maggie Basinger of Springhill; 38 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
