OBITUARY: The Shreveport Times, 26 Sep 1986
Ringgold, LA - Services for Mrs. Ola D. Waites, 85, of Ringgold, will be held 
at 3 p.m. Friday Sept. 26 at the Rockette Funeral Home Chapel in Ringgold. 
Bernard Waites of Woodville, Miss., and Pete Waites of Pocahontas, Ark. will 
officiate. Burial: Providence Cemetery in Ringgold. Mrs. Waites died at 4 p.m. 
Wednesday Sept. 24, 1986, at Ringgold Nurse Care Center after a lengthy 
illness. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Lila Smith of Ringgold; four 
sons, Tommy V. Waites of Ringgold, Huey Waites of Dearborn, Mich., Pete Waites 
of Pocahontas, Ark., Bernard Waites of Woodville, Miss.; one brother, Case Hay 
of Ringgold; 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one step-great-great-
grandchild.
