Amos Sanders

Services for Amos B. Sanders, 94, of 2538 Mecom Str. will be at 1 p.m. today in 
the Marshall Street Chapel of Rose Neath Funeral Home.

Dr. Patrick E. Rovell, pastor of Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church, will 
officiate.  Burial Will be in Mt. Moriah Cemetery near Arcadia.

Mr. Sanders died at 3 p.m. Monday in Pilgrim Manor Nursing HOme.  He was a 
retired farmer and a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Truma A. Sanders and Curtis B. Sanders, both of 
Shreveport; two daughters, Mrs James D. Shepherd and Mrs. Ernest H. Welch, both 
of Shreveport; 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
  
Pallbears will be T. L. Sanders, Raymond Kelly, Michael Carte, John Greening, 
Robert Alborty, James Alborty, Jake Shepherd, Ernest Mason and Ernest C. Welch.
