Edwin Moses Tilley, born 1871 Bear Creek (south of Arcadia), father of Myrtle Tilley 
(Mrs. George Cecil Sutton, Sr.) and grandson of Dr. William Tilley, Sr. Edwin attended 
Mt. Lebanon College near Gibsland (the college is now Louisiana College in Pineville). 
He told his daughter Myrtle that he rode a mule from Bryceland to Mt. Lebanon to attend classes. This may have been a college portrait
