Dillard died at Little Rock, Ark., last Saturday, aged about 40 years. He was a son of Isaac A. Dillard, deceased, who settled in this parish, on Red River, just above Shreveport, before the war. Dr. Dillard was an estimable gentleman and was well and favorably known in this parish, where he lived for many years. His remains were interred with Masonic honors at Shreveport Tuesday morning. Additional Comments: Dr. Henry Thomas Dillard Sr. is buried at Oakland Cemetery in Shreveport, Louisiana. Other family buried there are his wife, Mamie Burks Dillard (1864- 1900), children: Hollie A.
