Interment will follow in Pease Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 25, 2004 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home. Mr. Plunkett entered into rest February 23, 2004, at Willis-Knighton Pierremont, after a brief illness. He was employed by the Morris and Dickson Co. and a resident of Bossier City for thirty-seven years. Survivors include his parents: Fred and Louise Plunkett of Benton, LA; children Eric Wayne Plunkett of San Antonio, TX; Fred Wayne Plunkett, Jr.; Danny Plunkett, and Eugene Plunkett, all of Bossier City, LA; four brothers, Ernie Plunkett and wife Cindy of Plain Dealing, LA; Gary Plunkett and wife Jeanette of Haughton, LA; Ricky Plunkett and wife Cindy of Benton, LA; Keith Plunkett and wife Penny of Florien, LA; a special nephew; David Wynne; and numerous other nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Fellow Employees of Morris and Dickson Pharmaceuticals. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Free Spirits Motorcycle Club.
